I haven't been eating much since yesterday, well 'much' meaning not pigging out like I used to. My husband is giving me a hint to cut down on carbohydrates because he's been eating fruits and salad lately too. He's driven by the result of the scale, he's losing weight! Ok so now I need to get into the trend in our household of eating healthy . To cut on food expenses really, I've been cooking a lot lately and I've been using the frozen ones I stocked in the fridge for quite some time. One reason or 'the reason' for us in putting on so much weight is our love to eat out, and so that is also the reason why I'm so lazy to cook
. Anyway, I'm not sure if I can keep up with hb but I'm trying. My lunch was a piece of banana and a fat free yogurt, say??? I'm not sure though until what time that will take me, but lets see.
